TurboTax Premier makes tax season easy

Every year TurboTax seems to be improved. Easier to understand and complete my tax returns. Easier to download information from my banking and financial institutions.

TT needs lots of UI work to be friendly.

The UI is not very user friendly nor up to date with modern web and app tools.
The form inputs are inconsistent and many places you cannot simply copy/paste information.
The final screens for filing are confusing.

Not Happy: Refund display at the top of TurboTax

I am VERY unhappy about the fact that the Refund display boxes at the top of the TurboTax window do not update during data-entry as I work through the interview process. This makes it very difficult to understand the tax implications of various entries into the program. In all previous years TurboTax would continuously update how much I owed or would be refunded at the top of the screen and I found this very helpful. Please restore this important function next year!!!

Turbo tax is Great

Did not engage with experts. The product seems to improve each year. With one exception I've used TT each year for about 20 years. I used another automated system prior to that. TT purchased my previous service.

Turbo Tax wWorks Well except for K1s.

My biggest problem was with the K1 input. Turbo Tax requires for each of the 3 income sources to enter a separate K1.
