Decline in usability

I have been using Turbotax for many, many years, and the decline in usability is troubling. It would be very useful to incorporate Q and A , since I had to repeatedly use AI to un scramble your "help" . The fact that you offer paid help show how useless your "help" section is .

Download vs CD version issue

This year with download version, TT did not ask how I did my taxes last year.
As a result, had to enter a lot of info I usually don't, and tax history only shows current year.
Otherwise, same great product.

The interest, dividends, etc. section this year was terrible. Previous year's versions made it so easy to enter financial institutions and enter various income types. I don't know what they were thinking this year. It also seems that they are more interested in selling supplemental services than making it easier to self-complete the forms.

Good product overall, but occasionally the steps are a bit confusing...e.g., how to print the file copy.

can not reset password

The process for resetting my password was broken. Spent a few hours and lots of frustration to not be able to reset my password. It's not okay to sell a product that requires an account to use it. so tired of this Intuit.
