One issue with new investment screens

Overall, the experience was very good as it has been in previous years. I did not like the new method for entering interest, dividends, and stock transactions. I found it to be confusing, and the download for my brokerage firm got hung up in an endless loop of security questions, a problem I did not have in prior years. I contacted a live agent for help and she was excellent in resolving the issue.

Very Easy to file Federal and State Taxes. Takes you through step by step. Have the flexibility to back and forth to review and make corrections if any.

I found importing 1099s and the follow up "needs review" unexpected and a little annoying. This used to be handled in the tax return review process.

Turbo Tax is Extremely User Friendly.

Even though I had several complicated life events during this year, I still opted to use the Turbo Tax software. It walked me through the process and I felt very confident that I completed my taxes in a highly accurate manner.

Oveall good except the Credit Card payment screens

All works good except the Credit Card payment screens for state filing. The screens are big with submit button hidden with no way to scroll or resize. It seems like Turbo Tax is forcing you to go back and choose the option take the charges out of Federal refund so that they could charge $40 additional fee. Only way I could complete the payment is by reducing the system display scale.
