Horrible clunky slow software

TurboTax is a horrible bug-ridden software. I can go through all the prompts and setup guide but at the end I still get errors that the tax return is missing key pieces and I don't know what those specific line / form #s refer to.

The Pennsylvania State Tax software was poor. Federal Tax software did not completely pull in formation from previous year. The state and and federal packages did not work well together. Will file taxes another way next year.

Paying e-file Was A Pain In The Butt

Everything was good until payment for the state e-file. Then things went sideways and had to spend an hour and a half on the phone to make the $25 payment to Intuit. Prior to speaking to Intuit support, I kept getting an error about there was a problem and try again later. Lame message.

pretty tricky to charge $40 and not explaining if pay by credit card you will not be charged right there before paying. i had to google it and find out it's better to pay by credit card.
