Easy to use!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now. It's easy to use and accurate. The final error check was a little confusing since it asked me to correct things out of context but overall, I think this is a very good product.

TurboTax Always Helpful

My overall experience with TurboTax was very good, which has been typical thru the many years that I've used it. I placed two calls for assistance and was able to speak to a person in a timely manner. One response was helpful and one was not helpful (did not seem to know the answers). The file size for initial program installation was very large! It took some effort moving files to make room for the program - I thought that I might have to buy a new laptop ahead of schedule.

I am really impressed with TurboTax Premier - how easy it was to use, how much information it provides and how much help I got, both from looking up information and from speaking to live people who were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with!!!
