Your payment system is worst than third world. now I have to file with paper returns. Spend 20 minutes trying to get to accept my credit card. I have an 800 credit card score. in case you have question about that

Disappointment

It would be very helpful if the program provided information about how to correct "errors". In my case, I was asked to provide an explanation for a specific line on a specific form. It took me a few hours of research to find the information. I guess this is why you are aggressively pushing "live tax advice" for $50.
In addition, I was really infuriated to see that I am being charged a $40 fee to process my refund. This seems outrageous since I already paid something like $100 for the software, and I believe it is the IRS (not Intuit) who "processes" any tax refunds. And this information was revealed only at the time of pressing the button to file.
I'm more than a little disappointed.

TurboTax is collapsing under its own weight.

I had a lot of trouble with TurboTax this year. I switched from the PC to the Mac this year and maybe that's part of the trouble? The user interface has changed again (why?). So many ambiguous questions presented. (i.e. Click here if you don't have XYZ,, Yes or No?) Do I select Yes or No? I had to call support and they weren't sure how to answer questions like this. And the "Review cost basis of stocks" section is completely broken - Only edit the fields that are wrong (but they don't show you current values). And what is "Bulk Edit"? I still have no idea. I never was able to clear all the "Needs Review" flags, even with help from support. I have very low confidence the return is correct. I'm just glad I'm done. And really, all the ads to buy optional products. It wasn't clear to me what these optional products would do. And TurboTax doesn't ask just once, it appears on every page! It's likely I won't use TurboTax next year.

Simply said...not as good as it use to be....Updates took longer and errors delayed my filing options. Will continue to use Turbo Tax and hope this improves.
