Quite shaky for first timers

I'd say as a first timer, this was shaky. I couldn't automatically import all of my documents as it should work.

Is Turbo Tax might less helpful on purpose??

I have been a long time user of Turbo Tax and would normally give 4-5 stars. It feels like they have intentionally made the AI/search function less helpful this year to push people to selecting their "expert" option for an additional $60. I also had to move to another computer because of issues with popup screen, that would force some to select paying for their return from their refund for an additional $40 fee. I like the program itself but these issues will probably make me select a different product next year.

For general questions, TurboTax specialist help well, but for the problems of could not open my Turbo tax
which went over with many exports, took couple days, finally, the best experience one helped to solve the problems

Best of Both Worlds | Step-by-Step or Independent

Excellent software. Very intuitive and step-by-step if you are a novice but it gives you the ability to skip the step-by-step if you are more experienced. The best of both worlds is that you can choose step-by-step for the areas that may be new or more complicated and skip it for the areas where you are more experienced. Nice integration of live tax advice and good detailed explanations within the software itself if you have a question about a specific line item or source of information on a line item.
