Turbo Tax From 80-2025 and still going

Another easy year getting my taxes completed with the help of Turbo Tax Premier DeskTop along with the Live help to get me through a few snags when I had a brain fade.

Works as every year but room for improvement

Most part works like past years. However, eBay's 1099-K is major pain. It should be that hard by just asking how much was sold was what was paid for. Also, backdoor Roth Ira filing is hard without watching someone's Youtube.

TurboTax Makes Taxes Not So Intimidating!

For not being a "tax" person, TurboTax makes filing taxes simpler when you have a multitude of more complex situations. So helpful with all the resources available when you have questions about certain areas going through your tax return

TurboTax quality is decreasing

This version is not as good as the 2023 version. Too many areas are not linked together, for instance, the term "instructions" does not lead to any text.
The heading on the left has Form, but that is blank. It is only on the right side of the screen that another "form" includes the form.

Medical expenses zeroed out without explanation

I was confused and disappointed when I spent my time itemizing medical expenses, only to have it zeroed out without explanation by your program. I wasted a day trying to figure it out, and only after reviewing the printed copy, did I discover that my deductions were less than allowed to qualify. It would have been nice to have seen a note from your program that this is what happened and what the dollar amount was required to get my expenses counted.
