'Free' for e-filing is misleading. $20 for e-filing state is WRONG! By time we got to the end it was $60. Ripoff and unsatisfactory!

Turbo tax

It used to be free to efile your taxes with the purchase of the software but now they charge. I may next year look into other options other that Turbo Tax.

Frozen screen - solved by Josh, the Turbotax rep!

I had a problem with the turbotax system freezing in a particular screen. I called the helpdesk and a rep named Josh, carefully analyzed the problem and worked through a solution that solved my problem. Josh seems very technically competent and is customer oriented. I greatly appreciated his expertise and the time he spent helping me.

can't download and print state returns, print set up says there not ready to download. Fed return worked fine.

TurboTax is AWESOME!!!

I'm very happy that TurboTax had the required forms so I could complete my taxes. I could not believe that after spending over $100 for another brand of tax program, it did not have the forms that I needed.
