TT Desktop was unable to take payment for eFile

Supervisor Andre from Turbo Tax Priority helped me to manually process my State eFile credit card charge. Turbo Tax desktop software could not charge my credit card within the application - I could not advance from the first form on the screen. Andre said it could be due to antivirus software on my desktop computer.

The 2024 version was not the best. I had problems adding medical expenses (desktop edition wouldn't let me do it). From searching the Intuit site, I wasn't the only one. Also, Turbo Tax needs to improve their K-1 section. Asking users to print form 8990 for certain line items and submit their taxes by mail is completely UNACCEPTABLE!

Would not sign in to internet most of the time. Added unwanted information I had to deal with to continue. Would not sign in to accounts to import so I had to do myself. Tried 8 times to file finally worked. I have used turbo tax for many years but it is getting worse.
