TurboTax has been there through the years for me.

I have been using TurboTax since it first came out. Easy question/answer to complete the necessary forms and schedules. TurboTax fills in all the schedules and worksheets. Smooth completion and easy filing. Big time saver.

Everything was great! Two things that did not work when entering the charitable donations never got the form for standard mile deduction for charitable work. Also did not bring up standard mile deduction for rental property. I did not need it this year, but if I had, it would have been a problem.

Turbo tax has many mistakes.

Very bad. We have been using Turbo Tax for many years and this is the first year we have seen the package make mistakes. Further. after four telephone call, no of the staff was able to correct the problems. We had data that was not entered, data that was not transferred from input sheets to forms, and other problems. Too exhausted to continue this.
