Excellent Tax Filing Software

I'm using Turbotax last 25 years and its an excellent product for the tax filing. Its very easy to understand and follow to guide through step by step information for the tax filing. I enjoyed to using this tax filing software last 25 years.

There are some portion that are confusing especially on how you want to pay you tax return - bank or credit card? to which you need to fill up the information on both otherwise you wont be able to finish your return.

Turbo Tax is an excellent Federal and State Tax return product. Before you begin make sure you have all your information readily available. You can access investment companies, insurance companies, and health care information online while still in Turbo Tax Premier. You also can sign up for free audit defense.

TurboTax has succeeded in making the product more complex than necessary. The extra tools like instructions, forms, and more specific info harder to find. It used to be on the sidebar. Now they want to upsell you & hide the detail. Not buying it. In fact, as a former QuickBooks accountant for many years I can't recommend this product any longer. It's all about $$$ for them

MONEY GRAB is disrespectul

I've used Turbotax for over 10 years or more. Your money grab is spoiling the respect I had for this software. I downloaded the software online but it FORCED ME TO USE LIVE ASSIST saying i could just downgrade it later in the process which was a lie. You cannot remove the money grab for "live assist". I had to delete my entire return and purchase turbotax premier from a vendor i trust and start again to remove $100 that you wanted to charge me from your turbotax website ... SHAME ON YOU. Your product is good... your attempt to cheat people for more funds is not.
