Turbo Tax

Product is fantastic. We did not enjoy the continuous emails advertisements after we has purchased the product on 2014.

State needs work

The State tax, for Indiana anyway, was not as user friendly as the federal return. It did not have the blue 'helpful tips' at each category.

TurboTax is not secure

For the first time in all the years I've used TurboTax, I've been rejected because my AGI didn't match the IRS info from 2023. Further, I saw the name of some fellow in Colorado appear but I couldn't get back to it. This is terrible!

Turbo Tax - Please do better

4th year in a row I had to mail state return because credit card and paying with Federal return did not work.
unable to download W2 forms and import on desktop version but for some reason it worked with online version.
unable to import bank information for AHFCU in the past this was an option

Turbo was disappointing this year.

I have used turbo tax for 12 years with satisfaction. This year, I encountered issues that will make me consider other programs. Occasionally, the language created questions, "what does that mean?" I had two instances where I was not able to scroll down until I minimized my display; one was the payment screen. I was able to proceed, but it was a bit annoying to have to resolve unexpected issues.
