Did not Engage with expert because I've been using Turbo Tax for many Years.And try to stay up to date on deductions. We basically should have a flat tax rate. The whole exercise is a waste.

Caused a false, incorrectable error. Beware!

Great tool, except after I got it all done, it did not allow me to correct an error, one I did NOT create. I put zero in a field, and wouldn't let me delete it. Something about a getting a high efficiency building deduction. That uncorrected zero then prevented me from filing electronically, despite having completed the process to do so, including my paying Intuit $20 to file my California return. It then told me I had to file paper returns by mail, thereby losing the free audit protection I had signed up for.

Need to improve product!

Seems that this years product was not as good as last years.
Not able to pay and file electronically hawaii state tax return.
think this years product got worse.
thinking of switching to another software if not made easier load and file made simpler.
