Need to greatly expand & improve help section!

It's OK since I have been using it for several years. But there are some shortcomings. For example, I went to the HELP screen to find out what a e-filing pin was since it was not explained in the application. That's pretty poor. Devil is in the details especially with help. You need to greatly expand & improve your help section!

I've used Turbo Tax for decades...it makes taxes easy and fun. Wish the government offered a similar tool for everyone to file taxes.

Every year I run into problems, even where your support people spend a lot of time to finally come with an answer. Once the fed' and state numbers are final, it takes just as long to complete the filing with all that information asked, plus repeats. Why can't some of the personal info and 1099R info be saved ?
