Bring back the CD/DVD version of turbo tax PLEASE

I did find using the on-line version of turbo tax terrible. It is the first year I used the on-line version. I have been buying and using the CD/DVD for decades. I do not have good internet service in my home and it caused havoc trying to work with turbo tax online. IF the DVDs are no longer available I will not be using turbo tax again for our personal and businesses returns in the future.

1. Automate which is better: Should I file married joint or separate? The software should tell you, NOT make you choose. That is
2. STOP making me log into TurboTax to enter my taxes. This is why I buy the desktop software. Now information is stored one more place that can be hacked.... Just let me keep it local on my computer and import the previous year to get started.

TurboTax can make errors so know your tax rules.

Ease of filing is always great, but two weeks ago when inputting my tax information, the software had an error and showed that I owed more than I expected. I researched the tax rules and waited two weeks to file. Turns out the TurboTax error was fixed. I'm glad for this, but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Please make sure all your tax laws are updated in the software.

Software has definitely wrong form filling

3 years after a software issue has been reported, TurboTax still automatically makes wrong form filling. even worse, the software provides no option for users to manually fix the absolutely wrong filling. I submitted a refund request and must do my tax return in another platform. I have no idea whether they will process my refund. Been a TurboTax user for quite a few years I ended up talking to a tax expert from TurboTax. He was great very professional answered all my questions and helped me through the program. Definitely recommend going through TurboTax. It's been a great experience and I plan on using it in the future.
