I continue to use turbotax

Getting through IRA RMD and QCD related entries was missed by the "Step by Step"s . But solved when I used the well defined worksheets of Turbotax. Otherwise...BRAVO for Turbotax. Doug Sanders

Turbo Tax is mediocre. It taxed a ROTH IRA!!!

Turbo Tax did not recognize a Roth IRA as nontaxable. That poor for a Company that has been in business for years. I did not find a software helpline. So when I update my laptop I am finished with Turbo Tax.

Not as good as prior years

seems to have gotten harder to use than in prior years. The final efile process has some issue with a $0 est tax payments for state and didn't give a clear error msg. I had to say don't pay now to be able to move ahead and no way to check if there will be multiple hits on my bank (I owe) for the times I went through the pages. Other minor issues throughout that I don't recall in prior years.

Not sure investment entry change was a good idea

I found the Investment step by step to be very cumbersome, not helpful, and confusing. When I pulled information from the payer of a divided, there ended up being a duplicate entry that I could not replace. Fortunately, I was able to work around it. Hopefully, It will not cause a problem.
