E File error with 1099-B RSU sale bulk entry

When I attempt to e file using desktop premier version, it won't allow me to e file with a dialog showing "we can't e file your return ... Unable to locate attachment at /attachment/form8949exceptionreportingstatement-2.pdf". I suspect the reason might be due to some errors of previously entering my employee RSU stock sale. I searched for solution online, found an article on Intuit official help forum: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/re-unable-to-e-file-due-to-turbotax-internal-error-your-transmission-didn-t-go-through-unable-to/01/3304602/highlight/true#M1215706. Following this person's advice, I suspect cause might be missing PDF file required in one of my employee stock sale entry in 1099-B section. I entered it in "batch" rather than listing each item, which caused the software to ask for PDF attachement. I fixed the issue by entering employee stock sale as single item. TurboTax Premier desktop software, however, doesn't tell me anything about the missing required PDF attachment

Reduce down State Income Tax Filing Fee to $10

Cannot override on few things on Tax Forms which seems unfair. Also had a hard time linking/transferring of stocks investments via Robinhood.
Strong Recommendation: Please reduce down State filing fee to $10 for atleast repeat customers who file individual/joint returns that have standard deduction, then Intuit will make a lot of money, otherwise its still cheaper to send state tax return by first class mail, even including print out, gas and time.
