I have been using TurboTax for many, many years, but I felt it was more complicated this year. We are retired and do not have complicated filing.
Also, we did not receive any notice advising us that we did not complete the filing until the end. It was good thing I went back and checked.

TurboTax - room for improvement

This product is not so easy to use unless you have experience doing taxes. I have been doing my own tax returns, and more, for more than 40 years. So with that experience, I am able to navigate through TurboTax software and able to correct the errors mostly attributed to this application software. It is not perfect, but I have been using TT for about 26 years.
