Love desktop, but online version was obtuse

The desktop version of TurboTax is great. It's intuitive AND you get to see the forms as you go. The on-line version drove me crazy though as it was too much of black box. I'm told the on-line version keeps you partially blind because you won't pay for the package until you file--so they are purposely obtuse--this drove me crazy. A friend advised the desktop version and it was exactly what I wanted.

Not as good as past years

The program is not as intuitive nor as friendly as past years. I've been using Turbotax for more than 10 years and never had as much trouble getting info into the program or seeing results. Not sure why the past approach to input and review was changed but it was not an improvement. The comments are the same for your business package. Could not access forms directly to check or print.
