Very comprehensive in design of tax software.

I have been very pleased with the software, as it has good guidance on what is new and for multiple issues that may crop up. Also references to Revenue Code and Publications for a lot of issues.

Too marketing focused

When turbotax gets to the review, there were questions on the forms that needed answers and I was never asked during the initial process. I was very annoyed that Turbotax was so marketing focused on charging me more money for add-on services. I may just have my taxes prepared for me next time. I have been using turbotax for about 10 years, so that would be a shame at this point.
