I wouldn't attempt to do taxes without Turbo Tax

Taxes are complicated even for someone who has been in the field. I can't see how a novice could even use Turbo Tax.

Painful experience this year!!

I was extremely unhappy with the overall experience this year. It did not take my initial registration and I had to perform these steps EACH time I accessed the software 3X this year. The first pass I could not connect to Schwab and your software gave a crap error of internal server error. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I USE YOUR SOFTWARE!!!! For the first time in many years I will consider an alternative for 2026!

Great software

When I file this easy of a return, the price seems too high. I'm lazy or I would just do it on paper. Also, once my info is in the system, I don't see the need to keep typing in the same numbers over and over

Turbo tax works well

Fairly easy to use did have one issue with a form so had to mail return in instead of being able to e-file my return.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
