Very helpful. We use TurboTax every year for the last many years! We also appreciate that TurboTax allows it to easily amend the tax return without additional fees.

Worst this year then it has ever been. Been using

Been trying to electronically file a return for 5 days now and it doesn't want to accept it. Have had a couple different errors. It tells me to check my internet connection, which I do and I am running about 300mps upload and 30mps download. So I should have enough speed to accommodate.

I called and talked with Carol and she was very supportive. She had to work on my return for several hours but found the problem. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years.

More guidance needed

Unclear guidance on past loss carryover for my rental properties. You should either import that information or tell user exactly what IRS form(s) and lines to find that info. If you are kind enough to state that we should include that info in preparing our taxes, then why not go the extra mile and provide the form/line to find it.

Wasn't able to submit my State of Ohio taxes

Wasn't able to submit my State of Ohio taxes through TurboTax due to "errors" on my credit card info when trying to pay the $20 fee....
Tried multiple credit cards then had to go to the State of Ohio website and enter the data to file.

Turbo is a great product only with the Forms Mode

I have use TurboTax products for over 30+ years. I use both TurboTax 1040 and TurboTax Business desktop versions. During one of the TurboTax updates there was a notification that TurboTax was going to do away with the Forms mode and would only provide the Step by Step method for inputting information into TurboTax next year. This would be a tremendous burden to many long-time users of TurboTax. I do not like the Step by Step method to input my information and even dislike it when I am forced to use it for the final review before I e-filing my returns. If this is not available next year I will have to find some other tax software program to file my returns. This would not be a product enhancement for TurboTax products and I would hate to have to learn how do use another software tax program. I have recommended TurboTax 1040 and TurboTax Business to friends and business for years. I don't think you want to lose me a loyal customer and supporter of your services.
