Hiden fees, not clear, and constant requests to up

online and desktop version don't work well together. Keep asking you to upgrade again and again and again. They hide extra fees so its always more then expected.

Could be a bit easier

Entering interest info was a bit confusing if the institution was not one that is listed. Should be a clearer way to figure that out. Also, when reviewing the final forms, can you make them a bigger so one can actually read them?

E-file frustrations!

Most questions were helpful in completing tax returns but there were problems with e-filing the federal return because it was looking for an IP pin number but did not ask for it. Had to go to IRS website to find the problem and the solution! This wasted a lot of our time and was very frustrating!! Include this request in updates to your software. This is nothing new and makes me skeptical of purchasing this software in the future.
