I've used TurboTax for 25+ years without a problem. I find TurboTax thorough, much simpler and avoids me having to keep up on Tax laws.

Product Not Improving

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years. It's getting worse. There's a lot of pressure to pay extra for add-on services, and the information on choosing some of the entry options is too vague. And while there is a discount offered on state e-filing, the actual process does not work. I tried 4 times to e-file my state return, and all I get is a message saying "Looks like we hit a snag", with no useful information on how to resolve it.

Frustrated

Getting answers to questions online is hard and frustrating. The answers are unsatisfactory, even when they are about navigation/use of TurboTax.For example, I wanted to have my federal refund applied to next year's estimated tax, and had to find the worksheet and apply it myself. It was never given as an option although I had done that in the past. All that was asked was how I wanted to receive my refund. I am less and less satisfied with TurboTax although I have been using TurboTax Premier for several years.

TurboTax is not as good as it used to be.

I have used TurboTax for more than 25 years. I think the software interface is getting worse and worse. I have to scroll up and down when expanding some contents. The importing function always has issues.
