Turbotax has a serious bug. WASTED hours

there is a bug in the software. I could not e-file - it complains that my software needs an update, but it does not update automatically, nor by pressing "options" key as instructed online

I would say Turbo Tax is the Best!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. I find it to be everything I need. This year, particularly, I noticed changes which seems to make everything clearer. Particularly in the area of interest, 401 income and RMD's.

A few issues with application

New import feature for bank information does not match the other tabs in turbotax causing confusion. Additionally, the functionality of this revised process is not intuitive and difficult to manage. It was better the old way. The quarterly estimated tax vouchers for Kentucky do not print correctly and they never have in previous years. I always have to print out blank documents and fill them out manually. The IN state and federal forms quarterly estimate forms print fine.

A couple of small issues, Could not delete 1099-D from the working page nor any enter once added. Only zeroed out information on the form.
I made a mistake adding State code.I added Mass. instead of Mich and after correcting it the Application kept wanting me to download Mass State.

Taxes completed easily.

Overall, TurboTax leads me easily through our tax returns. I would appreciate being able to leave certain info blank and be able to return later but continue on through the process. The issue: I was doing the taxes while my husband was at work. He had his drivers license with him so I couldn't get that info. I couldn't just continue on to complete the rest of the return without his license info so I had to wait. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
