Once again, TurboTax software easily guides me through all the necessary forms, fields, etc., that I need to complete without any headache. The questions the software asks and the helpful tips and instruction provided along the way, makes for a very nice and stress-free experience. I've been using TurboTax for years and plan on continuing to use it going forward. Thanks Intuit!

Confusing online issues and names

Could not file online without forced upgrade to premium. Purchased premier online and solved the issue. much prefer the desktop product.

This is the best way to file my taxes. It asks all the questions, checks for mistakes and gives me a confidence that my tax return is accepted and that it is accurate and complete.

Unfortunately, TurboTax has gotten harder to use. I continue because it is familiar. If next year's continues to degrade, I probably will look elsewhere. In addition, TurboTax does not proved an address for me to send 1099R forms to PA
