TT is a great, solid product.

Turbo Tax is simple, easy and reliable. Especially if you use it year to year. Runs categories from previous year to this year helps me keep track of what I might have missed. Great Product. Been using it for years and plan to keep using it for many years to come.

You pay for Convenience

Wish they did a better job with State. For example with federal I see previous year to compare. I don't get that with State. I also have a K-1 and they don't make it very clear what and how to complete. I don't feel I get the same user experience with the State return as with the Federal. Also paying $25 to State file electronically is exorbitant and leaves a sour taste.

Decent software, annoying and constant up-sell

Overall good software but the constant up-sell very annoying. The $10 for the state software when Washington State does not have a state income tax was stupid.

Lots of fees

The processing fee on top of the product purchase costs is excessive. This needs to be lowered.
