Aggregate RMDs
on February 11, 2025

Turbo Tax does not do a very good job of instructing the user on how to input Aggregate RMDs. Had to call TT and speak to a professional CPA to understand the best way to input the information when Aggregate RMDs are used.. This area of Aggregate RMDs needs better definition and instructions. Also finding Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI), used for Medicare Premiums, was very difficult to find and not readily available Was only able to find it on form (8960) after much searching.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I've been using TurboTax for a very long time and have had nothing but good experiences with it. It's the only system for me.

$25 state transmittal fee is a rip-off...

I enjoy using Turbotax, however, charging $25 to transmit the state tax form is just nickel and diming the customer. For the price I paid for Premier - it should be included. An electronic transfer costs you nothing - the added fee is just pure profit for you and leaves negative thoughts for the customer.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
