Difficult to enter multiple dividend 1099-Div form

Constant integration of self-promotion to their own products. The software requires frequent refusals to one of their enhanced products. Too easy to hit the accept button in most cases.

Worried the company is losing faith in the product

Turbo Tax is getting a little better each year but pushing expert advice makes me feel like they are losing faith in their product. I changed for a professional tax person to Turbo Tax when the standard deduction increased. Taxes became easy and Turbo Tax was an easy way to get them complete with no mistakes. But now Turbo Tax is pushing experts, This worries me they have little faith the average person can do a mistake free return with their product alone.

Dissatisfied with the handling of IRA conversion

This is my first year that I didn't love my experience. I thought the whole experience with Traditional to Roth IRA conversion was messed up or was not easily explained. This is disappointing coming from a product that I used to boast about being tax-filer friendly. The same happened with the State (AL) filing.
So, overall, high level of dissatisfaction this time round.
