IP PIN ISSUE in TURBO TAX

your software tutorial has an IP Pin bug. only allows 5 digit codes but IRS only accepts 6 digit pins from form CP01A. Fix your issue.

Turbo Tax is pretty painless

Taxes are easy with TurboTax. Only real trouble is actually filing. It keeps asking me to file using a credit card of pay with a refund. I am E filing.

TT Premier 2024: Not Good for Employee NQSO

I wish I could rate TT Premier 2024 higher. I have used it for a lot of years. This year, the program does not make NQSO SDS easy. It seems one has to game the program to show how taxes were already taken. The whole employee stock section should be revamped, looking at the way it used to be done. I might have to go with a competitor for the first time, next year.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easier. But you still have to prepare. So, keep a file through out the year and it will be much easier.

Issues with 2024 TT

I do not see the need for TurboTax to import my bank info into the Intuit account when it can be downloaded directly to the application on my computer. It is an invasion of privacy.
Also, entering and reviewing of Social Security payments was difficult.

Turbo Tax is Easy for the Tax Novice

Turbo Tax is a strong product for those who have an accounting background as well as for those who don't. The one thing I wish would change is the messaging for update errors. I believe that one of my state updates didn't load because I hadn't started my state return yet. The messaging didn't say that though, no matter how deep I got into the error messaging. Once I started my state return, the update error went away.
