Simple to use, fast & painless. Another year I used this software; another year I am a satisfied customer. Keep up the great work on making Tax filing easy.

Very easy system to navigate. I have used Turbo Tax for all my tax filings for the past 25 years and each year it seems to get better. Thanks

Turbotax good, but opportunities to become great

Best part of Turbotax is having last year's data. Intuit should build more smarts around this, identifying variances. It's not very good at identifying online entries that can raise taxes owed. The online support with escalation was good and solved an issue.

Big problem

I'm not happy with this year's Turbotax compared to previous years. I already submitted my federal return, but did not submit my state return at the same time. Now, when I go to submit the state (Maryland) return, it doesn't give me a place to pay the $20 charge. It keeps on telling me that my payment has not been accepted when it hasn't given me a chance to enter my credit card number. then it tells me to continue, but it takes me around in the same circle No place to enter my enter my credit card number ever appears. How do I enter my credit card info to pay for submitting my state payment?

A Disappointment

This years version is extremely disappointing. Modifications are cumbersome and not easy to navigate. Filing an extension is difficult as its impossible to get to the forms. Next year I will look at different software.
