Not worth the aggravation

The program is extremely difficult to use. I spent two hours on the phone with turbotax to figure out how to complete the worksheets so they met the turbotax "review requirements". None of the so-called corrections to the worksheets generated a single change to the final tax return. I was a finance professional and have always done my own taxes; these issues are program issues - entirely illogical questions and impossible answers.

I have used it for years. It has bugs that have not been addressed in years. The $25 e-file charge for my state is the final incentive to go elsewhere for my taxes next year.

I hate doing taxes every year. It is just another way for the Federal and State Governments to take what is ours. TurboTax makes it less painful
