Not a good solution if you have IRAs

Had difficulty with traditional to roth IRA. Had to sign up for desktop after trying online and it carried over bad info. Had to manually delete and reenter forms, and then manually delete duplicate forms. Several misleading questions in the IRA section. Took several hours to trouble shoot. Had I known online would not allow for the correct accounting I never would have bought. Paid for both and wasted alot of time. Known issue Intuit has not fixed according to Reddit other online sources.

Turbotax is great, if you have no problems.

I'll see how it goes this year. Last year I paid for California tax filing and it was rejected 5 times. Each time it passed the TurboTax review. I finally printed and mailed it. In the meantime I paid to file electronically, but there was no way to talk to a human for help or get a filing refund.
