TurboTax "Improvements" suck - Cost YOU time & $

Horrible "improvements" from prior years. Forget the e-download only, that's the least of the issues. Cannot download 1099s from banks anymore without establishing yet another account with Intuit. Self-help absolutely useless. Deposit-to account data doesn't copy into the state return from Fed. And frosting on the cake, Intuit almost forces you to pay $40 for state e-file, after you have already declined 2x. Only when I saw they wanted to pull $ from my federal refund did I realize the software overrode my 2 declines and added it any way. Every year I promise I'll never use TurboTax again, but this year I'm pretty sure it will stick. Horrible Horrible Horrible

NEW VERSION NOT AS GOOD AS LAST YEAR

I DID NOT LIKE INPUTTING INTEREST, DIVIDENDS, STOCK SALES, ETC USING THE ICON BOXES; GO BACK TO DOING IT AS YOU DID IN 2023. THE BOXES MADE IT DIFFICULT TO REVIEW AND SEE WHAT YOU HAD ENTERED IN AN OVERVIEW.

Turbo tax is buggy and has does not startup

I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years. and have been very pleased with the product. This is the first time the program has hung up or didn't start. With the 2024 Premier Mac edition I had to reboot my computer multiple times to get the program to run. and when starting it get hung up almost every time.
