Slipping away.

I have been a subscriber since day one of your subscription process, and grew to love. However, I frankly feel like I have been progressively losing control over the process each of the last three years. I like to personally collect all of my supporting documents, then enter the data myself, as opposed to having the app go get it from from the folks I do business with, and make the required entries automatically. Although I did not need it this year, getting advice, as promised in my purchase agreement, seems impossible. Being referred to a chat group doesn't hack it.

Premier not worth the money for investments

Entering stock sales not intuitive. Found solution on internet to just enter totals. Definitely not worth the extra money for premier.

the PA state income tax filing process is non-intuitive, cumbersome & frustrating. You know, the lost customer type of frustrating

The only reason I need your product is because you continue to lobby for increased tax complexity. The year I don't have to buy turbotax I will throw a great big party.
