Over the last 4 years, I have had issues with TurboTax software getting hung up on updating the software. I didn't have that issue this year BUT I was very disappointed that TurboTax did not offer a disc for their program this year. Additionally, finding where and how to actually purchase the software was not easy. First you website kept trying to get me to do my taxes online. Not what I want to do. Second, once I located where to purchase the software, your website allowed me to go through the process of downloading without asking for my credit card info or providing a key to activate the software. That took several calls to resolve. Then I had to delete what was already downloaded and re-install the software again. It took more than 15 hours to buy, install and activate the software. Totally unacceptable. And why won't TurboTax software help to compute my NOL? After over 20 years of using Turbo Tax I am considering switching to using another provider.

Goodbye Turbo Tax

When questions arise, explanations are vague, and sometimes the font is too small and can't be adjusted. Everything is pushing toward an increase price or toward a live expert behind a pay wall. Overall very disappointed. Turbo Tax has lost the DIY vibe, more of a Go to a Pro vibe
