I did have a problem with not being able to input data for Karen's Social Security. It took me forever to find a phone number to call. Once I reached someone they were able to help me reset the program to allow me to input the data.

I've been using TT for about 15 or more years. I liked having the disc rather than the download although, I didn't have any problems with the download or the program. Thank you.

TurboTax walks me through everything to make it as easy as possible. My return includes some complex sources of income and TurboTax makes it understandable. I tried another tax prep software last year and came back to TurboTax.

Turbo Tax Premier should support Form 8990. Kind of worthless to pay for a product that does not support my needs or allow me a means to attach the form to my efile. Should also not charge for state efile.

I have been using TurboTax for years now and don't plan to stop. The step-through process makes everything much easier than trying to do it on your own or paying a lot more for a CPA to complete them for you. The best part is being able to import all the investment details - so easy even a 4-year old could do it!
