It really frustrated me when TT ask me to go to last year's return to pick up a number. You inported all of my informaton. I would like you to put the number in and then maybe ask me to verify or if I agree or something to that affect.

I've been using TurboTax since 1990, when a friend gave me a bootlegged copy, I like it so much I've used it ever since (bought and paid for copies), that I converted all of my family members over to it instead of using the accounts.

VERY FRUSTRATING, I HAVE FILED EITH TURBO TAX IN THE PAST WITHOUT PROBLEMS: THIS YEAR MY FILING KEEPS GETTING REJECTED, EVEN THOUGH ALL THE DATA IS CORRECT! YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME EXTRA TO TELL ME WHY YOUR PROGRAM ISNT WORKING? REALLY? IM RETIRED, I CAN'T AFFORED THIS. THE DEADLINE IS GETTING CLOSER, I STILL HAVE NO ANSWERS!

The Live tax advice box went back to "buy now" after I paid for it and used it several times. Except for that, which is a software issue, the experts were generally quite helpful.
