Ive used TurboTax for 25 years or more and the last few years it is NOT user friendly! You have less blue hyperlinks to explain stuff and I have to do more and more googling to understand. I no longer recommend it and more and more of my friends are using it less and less. Sadly if I was recommended a good tax person I would switch.

Can't download additional state return, although it has been a issue for years. Will not use it next year

TurboTax 1099-B forms need review

I wish that for 1099-B stuff that there was an easy single view to review or edit. Clicking the same buttons too many times... Also, you have to scroll over to see the review/edit button to see it. Poor screen management.

Very easy and import from banks and investment accounts is good. Areas for improvement: Backdoor Roth Conversions....not easy, and had to look online for instructions.
