TurboTax could easily be better, but it's not

Clunky. Doesn't auto fill in all the data it could. Investment company download didn't capture everything. When I went back to get the two miss forms it deleted what it had captured and all of my associated inputs. Questions are not clear, misses accrued interest on bond purchases. Doesn't clearly show were bond gains go. Needs a simple sheet showing what makes up each income and adjustment line. Could easily be improved, but they don'.

Filing Process

Filing process is a nightmare every year. The system crashes. It requires too much repetition. It hasn't gotten better in 10 years.
