Poorly worded questions = more time

This 2024 tax year version is not as user friendly as past editions/years; The questions sometimes are not as easy to understand......many require some "study" to make for a specific answer. The flow from one topic to another is not as smooth; MY simple tax situation required too much research and took longer than the past 10 years Turbo Tax apps.

Turbo Tax is getting worse and worse

Your software is becoming more and more cumbersome to use. If I go back to decide not to use a certain portion of the software, it should not keep coming up for me to complete the forms. Also, at the end, the printing process is really not in sequence order and is difficult to understand and what steps to follow. I only keep using TurboTax due to rentals, but once those are sold, I will try something for user friendly. Also, since a hard disc is no longer available, and the version must be downloaded from your web site, your costs have gone down, therefore you should pass the cost of NOT manufacturing discs on to your customers.

Confusing in places.

I found this year's software confusing in places. I have never had any problem with all the many years I have used Turbo Tax. I guess some young software engineer thought they had a better idea than all the past developers.
