TurboTax is a good program

I been using Turbo Tax for over 40 years and enjoyed the product until recently. The last two years i experienced flaws with your program. When I electronically filled my Federal Return, your program would not let me go back to file my State Return by mail as I had no refund/payment due. When I selected file state return by mail the next screen said no electronic files selected. Another flaw was in the State Return Special Forgiveness section. It showed that i was eligible for Special Forgiveness and doubled my refund amount giving me a positive amount that could only be applied to 2025 estimated taxes. The only income that was taxable for State Income was 1099 Int in the amount of $29. My taxable wages had the right amount of income tax withheld at .0607

2 gliches, otherwise fine and dandy

Turbo tax did not tell me in advance that i needed to upgrade my computer to accept 2024 turbo tax. I had to upgrade my imac completely to the tune of $2000. I know my imac was 9 yrs old, but it worked perfectly! You should warn clients from now on! Also, I could not deduct the $25,00 from my federal refund like you said I could. (Indiana) I had to use my cr card . Scammers shift web sites sometimes, without us knowing it. I think they are smarter than we are! I dont like to give my cr card info to anybody!
