I love how easy you make filing state taxes - it saves me a ton of time BUT
If I didn't know we were supposed to get the Federal tuition credid, TT Premier wasn't going to tell me! I had to did through the software and find it myself!

Very Good product

I've used Turbo Tax for 10+ years. I obviously like it. I have a ton of investment transactions and find the editing feature unusable most times due to large files. I also would like an analytical tool that helps understand tax implications and what if scenarios around investment decisions incorporated into the software.

2024 Taxes Completed with Turbo Tax Premier

I've been using Turbo Tax for 20 years now. Once you use it for the first time you will appreciate all the information that is carried over the following year. I have numerous investments so I must use the Premier version. I use the import feature for my investment statements which makes a world of difference. I will say though if you are someone that likes to play in the gray area's for the tax codes you may find Turbo Tax frustrating. If not, the software if very thorough.

Lets get your mailing address!?

Worked pretty well until trying to charge my state filing. "Let's get your mailing address" dialog box did not have a button to continue on, so was stuck there for a while until I found a suggestion to make TT full screen. Looking at some (useless) remedies involving checking internet connection, etc. it seems this bug has been present for a few years? It is especially annoying to be stopped dead at the end of the whole tax process by a dialog box asking for a mailing address for an online charge.
