Obligatory - "If I could give zero stars, I would".
How can you sleep at night knowing you work for a company that just entrenches this opaque system where US citizens literally guess what's been reported to the IRS out of feat of an audit? NO OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRY DOES THIS!!! This was covered in 2019 by Gimlet Media, Reply All #144 "Dark Pattern".
You have been repeatedly sued over the fact that you hid the "free file" option, and now you just move it around so people give up and pay. Well, I sure didn't.
I spent the better part of this week digging up a code for an account with unused licenses, downloading the software, dodging your stupid prompts to pay to file, and printed off my state filing and mailed it.
No thanks to you, I really hope this company gets what's coming to it.
P.S., you're welcome for all the free data I've plugged into mailchimp over the past decade.

Good except for some areas

All good except form K1 is confusing for box 14. Need explation for it and better directions. Navigating between easy step and forms not very easy.

Turbo Tax is OK

Turbo Tax is excellent for almost all situations, but it's handling of K-1s is very inconsistent and hard to figure out.

TurboTax Expensive with constant upselling

TurboTax is getting expensive. We have to buy the Premium for stocks and bitcoin, and it still doesn't import all the information needed. Stock sells require a lot of extra work even with import from large investment companies such as 1099B. Used to be able to search and jump to topics. Now just full of upselling and wanting ME to answer other people's questions for free but PAY for tax help.
