Turbo Tax is failing me this year

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem until this year. The updater file is not working correctly as it just goes in a loop when I try to use the State tax part. It says it has downloaded the State file, but hen when I try to start the State it asks me to specify the State, then goes to download again and never does anything else. Frustrating. It did the same sort of thing when I tried to resume working and I had to remove the program from my computer and reload the program to get it to work. It would be helpful to have a contact number to get some help.

1099 display much worse this year than last year

i hated the way 1099s are new displayed. It seems like it was so much easier to view last year and previous years.

A Useful Tool for Tax Reporting

I like TurboTax. Once you start using it the information from the prior tax year will fill in automatically where needed. They have improved the quality of filling in the blanks with the download information you get from investment firms. The interview process ensures that you are covering all of the bases. I am a long term user and I will continue to use TurboTax into the foreseeable future.
