The agent (Laura) was very, very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered any questions and made sure that my issues were resolved, which gave me the confidence needed to finish returns.

I have used TurboTax for several years. This was the best experience I have had. I should have been provided vouchers for next years estimated tax payment amounts. From my filling in of your forms, it was clear I needed more funds than my 1099 withholding forms showed. I also added estimated tax vouchers used throughout the year

Have been using Turbotax for years to do my taxes, as well as some relative's taxes. Makes the job really easy, and I know I can trust it to be accurate, as well as helpful in explaining everything!
