Charged for state California efile, but was wrong

Turbo Tax Quality is going Down .

I Had numerous issues with this years turbotax program . Unable to delete boxes when you put cursor over garbage can the area just highlights in blue. Also program is buggy in many areas. Think I will try another product next year. Also getting bugged to use live tax help. If I wanted that I woiuld to go tax preparer or accountant . I have used turbo tax since 2017 and this is worst year ever!!!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

PROGRAM'S PRINTING COMMAND.

NO CONTINUITY YEAR AFTER YEAR, SPECIFICALLY PRINTING OPTIONS NOT VERY CLEAR OR DIRECT, HAD TO EFILE STATE RETURN FOR THIS REASON. I WAS CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED NOT ABLE TO PRINT RETURN WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO MAIL IT.
I AM SUGGESTING TO INCORPORATE EXPLANATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO NAVEGATE STEPS ON DOING CUSTOMER'S WISHES AND NOT PROGRAM'S COMMAND.

Turbo Tax needs to show progress on the forms

I feel it would be nice if there was immediate view of your tax return as you fill it out. The way it is now, I felt in the dark until I was finished unless I searched around for what I was wanting to look at. It'd be good to be able to see the progress of the tax forms easily
