Overall Good Tax Filing Experience

Generally works smoothly. A few places where I had to enter info that I knew (from past experiences) would have no effect on the final outcome but it is easier to enter the info and proceed onward. Really more like 4.5 stars but that wasn't an option...

Some questions are difficult to know how to answer.

TurobTax has some quirks

There are some quirks to how TurboTax inputs items. For instance, sometimes there is a zero value and the direction is to leave blank, but sometimes when the value is left blank, TurboTax records this as an error. Also, in pulling data from prior returns, where TurboTax will not accept its own data for no entry when value might have been zero.
