Use it every year but with lots of frustration

1. the pages need 2be upgraded for the current age of rectangular screens & laptops. Too much scrolling down everywhere. Most all screens have tons of wasted blank space that could help this situation.
2. Help system gets worse every year. Almost nonexistent this year.
3. the constant every year changes to screens & how/where you enter data changes every year. confusing, difficult & changes don't have added value.
4. I mistakenly created a 2nd entry 4 a Broker 4 a 1099-B & could not find a way to delete it!
5. i got a popup window after entering personal data when I tried to close sw which was about where to save. Popup went off page and I couldn't get it scroll down to all of the .essential information
NOTE: I have use TT for so many years that I can't even guess when I started. Windows PC's & laptop, then switched 2 a macBook Air M3 this year. Use TT Premier from the Advantage Program.

I skipped Turbo Tax last year, but am back now. Always easy to work my way through. I used the Live Tax Advice service to reassure myself on a couple of questions, and the Tax Expert was wonderful.

It's okay.

Software functions well, but it is obviously written by accountants for accountants. If there are errors during the final checks there is no explanation as to why those errors occurred and how you should/could fix them. You kind of feel like you've been kicked to the curb to fend for yourself at that point - and no, I don't want to pay for the tax advice at that point, the software should be able to continue to guide me.

More bugs than before

Seems like more bugs in the program compared to last year. Also, prefer entering two states at a time when entering Schedule K-1 income and taxes.

Issue with State Filing Fee

Used this product forever.
Had to file a state claim for a state I didn't live in. My state doesn't have an income tax so no reason to file in Washington. TurboTax comes with one free state tax return, so I was SURPRISED to see them charge me an additional $25 to file the one state....
